EETEK Holding Plc. is a direct equity investment company active in the energy ser- vices business. The company is based in Budapest, Hunga- ry, with operations in Hunga- ry, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Roma- nia and Croatia.

Outsourcing entails the take- over by EETEK Holding of various energy producing and distributing assets at a client’s production facilities. Along with this takeover, EETEK Holding assumes respons- ibilities and liabilities associated with providing a client heat, electricity, lighting, water treatment and compressed air.

In order to be truly efficient, energy must be sustainable. And to be truly sustainable, it must by definition be renew- able. We at EETEK Holding believe that renewable energy is both possible and attainable. To this end, the firm has pursued and implemented projects uti- lizing biomass, wind, and bio- gas.
